Shipping Policy for Sin Wagon Outfitters
At Sin Wagon Outfitters, we strive to get your orders processed as quickly as possible. Please allow 7-14 business days (Monday-Friday) for order processing unless otherwise stated on our homepage or at the top of our site. You will receive tracking information once your order is processed. Please note that processing times may vary depending on sales and order volume, so check our Sin Wagon Outfitters Facebook group or the banner on the website for the most up-to-date information.
During peak times when order volumes are high, there may be additional delays in shipping. Please factor in extra transit time when awaiting delivery.
Business Hours
Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM. Please remember that weekends and federal holidays do not count as business days. After a shipping label is created, allow for 24-48 hours for your tracking status to update, as USPS may not scan packages immediately. Additionally, after creating the shipping label, USPS may not pick up your order until the next business day.
Shipping Timelines
While we aim to deliver promptly, please understand that we cannot guarantee specific shipping times. Once an order has shipped, it is out of our control, and you should contact USPS for any package-related inquiries. Be aware that delivery times can be longer during busy seasons, such as holidays.
Address Verification
Please double-check that your shipping address is accurate before placing your order, as the address provided via PayPal or Shopify will be used for shipping. Sin Wagon Outfitters is not responsible for packages that do not arrive due to incorrect addresses. If a package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.

Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight of your items unless stated otherwise.
Insurance Option
To ensure your package is protected, we recommend selecting the optional "Route" protection at checkout. This coverage will safeguard your order against loss, damage, or theft and is automatically included; however, you can choose to opt-out. For real-time shipping updates, consider using the Route app, available at Route.
Custom Duties and Taxes
Sin Wagon Outfitters is not liable for any customs duties and taxes that may apply to your order. Any fees incurred during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
Liability for Damages
Sin Wagon Outfitters cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. We highly recommend choosing an insured and trackable shipping option at checkout. If your order arrives damaged, please reach out to the shipping carrier immediately to initiate a claim. Remember to keep all packaging materials and damaged items until your claim has been resolved.
Refund Policy
Due to the personalized nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations on any orders. Any exceptions to this policy will be considered at our discretion.
All products are handcrafted, and slight imperfections may occur, such as small bubbles or stray glitter. We perform quality checks to ensure there are no significant defects on the usable side of our products.
Issues or Defects
In the event that you receive a product with a significant defect affecting its usability, please contact us right away with a photo of the issue. We want to resolve it and will provide a replacement if needed. If you prefer a refund, we’ll issue a return label, and once we receive the returned item, we'll process your refund.

We welcome orders 24/7. As a small business, I may not always be able to respond to emails or messages right away, but I promise to get back to you within 24 hours. Please note that responses may be slower over the weekend.
